be. Psychological Services offers a range of therapeutic services for individuals who are looking to (re)connect with oneself, their child(ren) and/or their family. I aim to support people who are seeking guidance towards a more balanced psychological lifestyle. Particular focus is given upon the healing of old/recent memories and experiences that may be traumatic in nature. We work together on processing out distressful thoughts/feelings/sensations to create a new and fresh outlook on what it’s like to thrive in a state of psychological well-being. Below are some of the services I currently offer, either in the form of in-person or tele-psychological (video or telephone) sessions. Individual Therapy

Collective goals of individual therapy can be to inspire change and to improve one’s quality of life. People may seek individual therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone (e.g. self-esteem, depression, anxiety). Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and client.

Dyadic therapy is a relationship-focused psychotherapy characterized by a strong therapeutic alliance, empathy and unconditional positive regard. The primary goal of dyadic work is to support children/youth/parents in their development of maintaining secure attachment-based relationships. Specifically, dyadic work holds the parent-child connection in high regard and uses this “dyad” as the podium for therapeutic healing.
