be. Psychological Services offers a range of therapeutic services for individuals who are looking to (re)connect with oneself, their child(ren) and/or their family. I aim to support people who are seeking guidance towards a more balanced psychological lifestyle. Particular focus is given upon the healing of old/recent memories and experiences that may be traumatic in nature. We work together on processing out distressful thoughts/feelings/sensations to create a new and fresh outlook on what it’s like to thrive in a state of psychological well-being. Below are some of the services I currently offer, either in the form of in-person or tele-psychological (video or telephone) sessions. If you have any questions or would like to learn more, please connect with me.
